Red Ocher Solutions is a full-service network engineering company for Windows and Macintosh systems.  We are business-focused rather than technology-focused and have extensive experience with:

Our only reason for existing is to keep your business running.  The goals we set with our customers are: 

• To anticipate and prevent computer system failures with fault-tolerant designs and spare parts management.

• To minimize the impact on business functions when a failure occurs.  For example, you may lose e-mail but should still be able to work on files, do accounting, and access the Internet.

• To get your employees working again ASAP - solving the technical problem is secondary.

We use proven project management methodologies, adopted from the aerospace industry, to assure that we meet these goals.  Each customer is given complete documentation for their system including equipment specifications, diagrams, passwords, license number, vendor contact information, and more.

We do not charge retainers or make you buy blocks of time.  We believe that you should keep using us because we do the job well - not because we lock you in with contracts or by keeping information secret.
