We provide you with several ways to contact us depending upon the urgency of the situation. Usually we can fix a problem within minutes because we setup the systems to be repaired remotely. With this same remote access capability we maintain your system (i.e. updates, patches) outside your business hours.

Phone - a single call from you is answered by our phone service, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The operator will patch you through to one of our staff members. Each phone call is backed up with an e-mail message.
Cell Phone - with prior arrangement, for special projects, we will assign a specific person to be available for on-call support at a time you request.
Remote Access - the reason that we require our customers to have broadband Internet access with static addresses is so that we can access your system remotely from our office, home, or another client site.
On-Site Support - in addition to support during normal business hours we prefer to make major changes after hours or on weekends so that there is minimal disruption to your business. This is done at no extra charge.
